A 100 ft yacht for a Capri day, a 40 metre motor yacht for a week and a larger superyacht for a multi-day Italy itinerary can sit in very different budgets. The quote should state the yacht, dates, route and expense assumptions clearly.
Superyacht base rates often cover the yacht and crew. APA, VAT, fuel, berths, provisioning, delivery and gratuity can add a meaningful amount, especially when the itinerary includes Capri crossings or overnight berths.
For Amalfi Coast routes, deck shade, tender access, stabilization, cabin layout, crew service and lunch timing can matter more than another few feet of yacht length.
