The 28.04m/92' sail yacht 'Aphrodite I' by the Dutch shipyard Vitters offers flexible accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 cabins and features interior styling by Hoek Design. Whether you are after the thrill of sailing or prefer to kick back, Aphrodite I is custom-built for adventure, offering a ring-side seat at the heart of the action once her sails have unfurled, and afterwards there is ample space to relax and unwind as you take in the views.
Aphrodite I combines the sailing qualities of a high performance yacht with luxurious and comfortable cruising. Designed primarily for long-distance cruising (hence the large tank capacity), the lightweight aluminium construction and clean lines make "Aphrodite I" equally at home on the regatta circuit. Aphrodite I is characterized by her low freeboard, flushdeck and the way the coach roof extends gracefully along the yacht’s length. An extensive package of hydraulics and in mast furling sails allow for short handed sailing from the aft cockpit. There is another cockpit amidships for social gatherings, one of many relaxation options on this luxurious superyacht.
The high gloss varnished cherry wood interior with white ceilings and the bright maple floor ensure a contemporary and timeless below-decks feel. Aphrodite I is built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure. Powered by 1 x MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 9 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 1,400 nautical miles from her 4,200 litre fuel tanks.
